Excellent people professional realistic not trying to pay of there kids private school off one customer. They do try to strong arm you for annual service I wonder what would happen if I didn't do the annual service would they refuse to come?

They tried to over charged me. But the were messing with the wrong person. I had the paper they gave me with a previous quote when they came to do the work the technician was trying to charge me a different rate, when I pull out my paper to show him what was written on the previous quote, he told me he will honor the previous quote. But i would have to pay $141 for 1hr of work.

DDM has serviced our boiler for the past 2 years. We recently had trouble with out hot water and they sent Jesse to come look at it. He came this week to fix it during the COVID-19 stay at home- and he was polite, efficient, and respectful. When he had to come up into the house he called to us, wore his mask, and gave appropriate social distancing. DDM has honest, hard working people and I know we will get great work and a fair price whenever we call them!

HVAC went out and when I called to get someone to my house to help me out the person answering the phone was very rude. Berated me for not doing regular maintenance, quoted me $250 for a 1 hour service call which was over twice other HVAC companies and when I said I would see if i could get someone to the house sooner that three days out she told me "good luck with that" and then hung up on me. (I found someone for the next day) Not sure how the repair crews are but their phone administrator is very poor.

***DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!*** These guys are complete scam artists. After 3 visits and $500+ later, they never fixed our heating issue! If that wasn't enough, the owner of DDM Heating (pictured next to the work van on this Yelp ad), actually called us back & told us to take them off our contact list and to never call them again. What a complete scum bag! Don't waste your time or money on these guys! I honestly think DDM stands for Dooshbags, Dummies & Morons!

This place is only out to rip you off folks. Do not hire these people. They are thieves! They charge you the labor of 2 people when the job requires only 1. Their prices are not consistent at all. The owners charge whatever they want. My 2 bills were 800 and they did absolutely nothing! Their guys sat in their trucks for 90% of the time. Be very careful. they are shysters! Awful awful awful! Rip off city! Don't hire these folks people! Mary and Dan are shysters! I don't know how they've been in business for 25 years cuz they are the scum of the earth!
