Woke up this morning to a loud grinding noise coming from the furnace. The furnace would not properly work and would shut off within minutes of starting. I called Edison Heating based upon the positive reviews on Google. They had an available time slot for me within a few hours and I graciously accepted their appointment. I was meet by Kylhor. I explained the issue and he checked every component of the furnace that could be the problem.
He found that one of the blades within the inducer was broken and that was causing the issue. He called their parts department, ordered the broken part and had it delivered within 45 minutes. While he was waiting for the arrival of the part, he throughly cleaned my furnace. Once the part arrived, he installed it and tested it. It worked great and my furnace was once again working. I highly recommend Edison Heating to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC system. I am most likely going to replacing an older HVAC that is located in our attic in the Spring. I will be using Edison Heating for this installation and will be requesting Kylhor for the install.
