1. The employees of this company could not be more accommodating and kind. It would be impossible to be any more helpful. 2. The cost and quality of the work is fantastic. 3. Devin (the assigned technician) did everything within his power to help, AND he did it happily. He had a terrible day with obstacles that would have driven anyone crazy, but he worked diligently and intelligently without question. 4.
The operator (Amanda) demonstrated incredible flexibility and determination to resolve whatever she could. She's a solution finder and that is rare in the service industry. I am very upset with the workers who came out this morning to fix my neighbor's AC unit. We used to have privacy between our backyard and the neighbors, now we get to look at their AC unit while sitting on our back porch. The workers cut down a good portion of the only bush that divided our backyard and our neighbors. They cut down the portion of the bush that was on OUR side, now leaving a large open space, with no more privacy. He literally had to stand in our backyard to cut the bush. This is completely unacceptable.

Heat stopped working over the weekend and they were able to come out and get the heat going. The following week when they called to give me the estimate for the repair I decided to replace the system. My Mom's heat went out on the coldest night of the year. After calling a couple of heating and air companies that did not return my calls. I called Fulford. They responded quickly and within a few hours a technician was on site. Mathew the technician did a great job and had the heat running before the evening. Service: Heating system repair
