I've been using Settle for the last 2 years for my home. I have their maintenance plan for my unit. By far the best in the business in Shelby and the surrounding area. I'd highly recommend them anyone. They're always on time if I ever need anything and their service techs know what they're doing. 10 out of 10 from me. I have a business in Shelby. I needed a specific refrigeration product that is difficult to secure in the quantity I needed. I tried contacting several other HVAC outfits without luck. I contacted Settle Heating and Air about a problem with my home's AC unit. They scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician, Garret, arrived ten minutes early, and after speaking with me immediately got to work. He promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Garret impressed me with his professionalism. Excellent service.

Our air went out earlier this morning and Mike was here later this afternoon. He quickly found the problem and even went back to Shelby to get us something to help cool our house until our air could be fixed Monday. He was very helpful and professional!
