Again Andrews Heating and Cooling comes through with professionalism that is nearly unmatched in this day and age. Doug cares about his customers and his staff, and it shows. This is the third install in a couple years. We had a geothermal replaced ( that his father put in when we built in the early 90s, hows that for longevity), a propane resonator in the barn last year and then a mini split just this week. I honestly can't see why anyone would deal with any another company. Top shelf in every single way. Jeremy and Richard were the ultimate professional installers. Thank you Andrews.

This local, family-owned business has been a staple in Clinton, IN for 50+ years. Doug and his team provide excellent customer service and back the quality of their products and installation. Jeremy & Hershel were my installers. I had several in dept questions during the installation. They took the time to answer them completely. They were on time each day. They were all business as they worked very efficiently to complete my installation on time. I would highly recommend them. My salesman was also named Jeremy. He came in as labor on the 3rd day so the work was completed on time. He was also very knowledgeable and definitely help guide us to choose the right system and duct work modifications.

We had gotten several estimates from other HVAC companies. We were in the market for a brand new electric furnace with heat pump and AC unit. From the beginning Andrews' customer service was top notch! Their estimate came in right where we wanted and the financing at 0% for 12 months was a breeze to apply for. Everyone was so helpful and answered every question we had. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Andrews! We love our new system and I am so excited to not have to cut wood this winter!
