Scott did an amazing job! He heard what my issue was, and immediately called to walk me through my issue. We got it corrected in a matter of minutes, and now my house is cooling down to a comfortable temperature. I cannot thank him enough. TNT is AMAZING! My air conditioner went out and Mitch (manager) and Scott (technician) went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. Sump pump went out, and more rain was on the way. Called T & T, and within 3 hours, pump was replaced. Workmanship was excellent, installer was friendly and professional. hard to find these days. Quickest appointment available from other plumbers was 3 days. I'll use T & T from now on. Service: Installation

I had maintenance performed on an older central air unit. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment, and they were able to send someone out the next day. The technician called to let me know he was on his way, and was on time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and informative. He figured out why the AC wasn't working properly in a matter of minutes, and had all the parts needed on hand. The unit was repaired/cleaned that same day. I highly recommend this company! I'll be using their services for any HVAC and/or plumbing issues in the near future!
