Sullivan Heating & Cooling

Our heat pump failed the night before the big heat wave back in late June. We were facing the prospect of having to search for a place to stay cool since all the HVAC companies we called gave us appointment times several days and even weeks away. We called Sullivan late Friday evening and they had a technician here Saturday morning and he fixed the heat pump in about 30 minutes. We needed a part and Arnold the technician had it in the truck! Go figure. Our external thermometer got up to 113 degrees two days later.
