Services
Geothermal Heat Pumps
Our geothermal heat pumps leverage earth's stable temperatures for efficient heating and cooling. Using water-source technology, these systems reduce energy consumption by up to 40% compared to traditional HVAC. Ideal for residential and commercial buildings, they provide consistent comfort while qualifying for federal tax credits.
Air-to-Water Systems
The Advantage Air-to-Water system combines radiant heating, forced air cooling, and domestic hot water in one unit. This innovative solution delivers energy savings through inverter-driven technology and variable-speed compressors while maintaining precise temperature control in extreme weather conditions.
EPIC Connected Controls
EPIC controls provide real-time system monitoring and diagnostics through the myUplink app. Contractors and homeowners gain energy usage insights, receive maintenance alerts, and adjust settings remotely. The system supports over-the-air updates and integrates with existing HVAC infrastructure.
Hydronic Air Handlers
These handlers optimize performance for water-to-water and air-to-water systems. Featuring variable-speed ECM motors and corrosion-resistant aluminum coils, they offer multi-position installation flexibility while maintaining quiet operation and improved indoor air quality through closed-cell insulation.
DX Air Handlers
Our DX air handlers use all-aluminum microchannel coils for superior heat transfer efficiency. With capacities up to 6 tons and multiple configuration options, these units deliver 33% more fan efficiency than standard models while reducing refrigerant usage and maintenance requirements.

My wife and I have had a very unpleasant experience with Enertech. So much so that we feel it is our duty to make anyone considering purchasing their products to know the risks. We built our home in 2010 with an upstairs and downstairs geothermal unit by Enertech. Both have dual-stage ground source heat pumps. These units require such frequent repairs that we joke with our service tech that he should have his own parking space at our home.

In eleven years, we can only think of one year when we did not make a service call. With Enertech products, any electricity savings from geothermal HVAC are basically offset by repair costs. Just today, we learned that the coil in the upstairs unit has a leak and will have to be replaced. This makes two coils in the upstairs unit that have corroded in about 11.5 years. Downstairs, we had to go to coil #2 after just 8 years.

To design a coil that has such a short life is no accident. This was intentional. Most coils last 10-15 years. Enertech's last about half that time, by design. We would recommend you avoid Enertech products of any kind.

As you have seen from 1/2 of the reviews, Enertech has some major warranty issues. They sell some of their units to outside contractors. They do this to get around a warranty for the homeowner. The homeowner does not get a standard warranty on these sub-par units. I found out about this when my contractor would not reply to my calls after it shortly broke down shortly after installation. When I called MES (on recommendation from Enertech), they said they would come to my home to service the unit under warranty.

When they arrived, they said that it would not be under warranty because I did not buy it from them. And, I have no warranty from Enertech because they did not sell it to me. They sold it to a contractor. There loophole get out of warranty on their units. And, yes, it breaks down a lot.

So frustrated with this company. We purchased a Geo Thermal unit for our home through one of their dealers. The 5 year warranty on part of the system was up in January, but prior to the expiration, we had an issue with part of the system. We turned it in to the dealer that the unit was purchased from and was told it was under warranty and would be taken care of. Now, that dealer has disappeared, he never turned in the claim and this company will not do anything about it since it wasn't turned in to them. As far as we knew it was and everything was going to be taken care of. Why after only 5 years is it breaking to begin with? They don't stand behind their product or they would be willing to help us.

I think Mr. Hewes' review of Enertech Global is unfair. From our own experience in northeastern Pennsylvania, the true issue is with the distributor, not Enertech Global. In fact, the CEO, national residential sales manager, and regional residential sales manager of Enertech Global all took direct, personal interest in our situation. If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is! We love our GeoComfort system and would recommend it to all of our family and friends without hesitation.
