We have a Rinnai tankless water heater and they had parts on the truck, responded with a human voice on the phone, did what they said they would, arrived very timely and worked professionally and diligently until the problem was fixed. Absolutely what a service company should do without saying.

These guys have been awesome. They're fast, friendly, professional and most importantly honest. It's refreshing to get a repairman in that tells you how it is and what needs to be done and what you can wait on instead of trying to get every dime they can out of you. Definitely will be using these guys in the future I was very impressed.

Had JF Denney come out to do spring check on Air Conditioning. We recd another quote from Anthony Plumbing for several hundred $'s to fix our 12 yr old unit. I had JF Denney do the same check, to see if they both agreed on repairs needed. Same repairs w/less refrigerant from Denney was less than $200. We also have a Kinetico water softner with them. Excellent company to deal with.

We have used this company 3 times in the past year and they are always on time, professional and provide Excellent services at reasonable pricing. Our go to and would highly recommend. Bill and Daniel were very friendly and willing to work with homeowner peaking around as I like to know what's going on and learn things. They were very professional and helpful when there needed to be a change in location of the install. Unable to speak to the Rinnai system as of yet but the day after it is working for us. Hopefully it will give us many years of use. Also a shout out to Kyle for always being willing to provide me with updates and answer my deluge of questions.
I had them also install a water softener almost 4 years ago and that is working great and they were great to work with then as well. I don't know that I've had any negative contact with the JFDenney group of folks. Thanks again to all involved with my systems.
