Easy to order online. Helpful customer service when I've had questions. They were very understanding when it was clear that the old gauge on our oil tank was inaccurate.

Easy to set up an account online and schedule delivery. I give 4 stars because they held withdrew $800 in my account from the day I placed the order until a week later when the difference was credited to my account (approx $350). Next time I'll be sure to order with a credit card.
