The installation and quality of their work is very good. The product that we chose was Linux HVAC. The thermostat provided by Linux is extremely disappointing and subpar in performance, but this has nothing in reflection against Action Air. We are waiting for a thermostat that'll work properly but Action Air is taking every step possible to keep us comfortable while we wait on Linux.John showed up on time with an amazing amount of professionalism and knowledge. We have not made our final decision as of yet however it is leaning heavily in Action Air's way.
