Christine Smith Von Weidanz Update! June One of our AC units was not working I called the company to send a tech. Christian was awesome. He was here before so he was familiar with my AC units and knew where to go in my house. He made us feel very at ease knowing he was here to check out the problem. I don't like when different techs come to the house that are not familiar with our units or the past issues.
From now we all ask for him. Thanks Just recently had another Tech come to service our AC units. His name was John. He arrived on time. Very professional. He made sure both units were working before he left. We have the service plan for heating and cooling. Highly recommend this company. Thanks guys

We've been using Efficient Air since we moved into our house in 2017. They are always professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. Chris usually comes out for our AC/heating check ups. He is always helpful and sure to explain everything clearly, from cost to technical options. We recently had a new AC air handler and condenser unit installed by Jesse, Jake, and Ruben. They were all knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the job got done correctly. We will be sure to continue using Efficient Air for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

The overall experience for this service was very positive for me. The workers were surprisingly friendly and helpful. Efficient Air Service installed a new HVAC System two weeks ago in my townhouse and did a superb job. I was very, very impressed with their team and service. About five guys arrived and several went out back to install the new air conditioning unit and a couple of guys went to the basement to install the new furnace. There was freezing rain the day they came and they installed a tent over my current air conditioning unit and went right to work.
They started around 8:00 a.m. and were done at 2:00 p.m. Efficient Air Service was recommended to me by two neighbors and I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for the "best" for your heating and air conditioning issues.

As usual efficient delivers Met Pete for the first time He was very friendly gentleman who spoke to the prior technician about my heating system. so he was prepare he got me running after a clog from a low oil tank refill he stay till he was sure the problem was corrected before he would leave They have a prefer plan that I am looking into joining which gives you priority service But they have always come when they said they would thank you again Efficient Air!
