I contacted Woodcock at 8AM on a Monday about my gas furnace not staying lit. Even though I know they were very busy with appointments already booked, Woodcock was able to have a Service Rep at my house by 9AM. Fast - Courteous - Professional

Our AC stopped working while we are all home, distance learning and working from home. Woodcock came out quickly and managed a repair on our unit! I was so thrilled we did not have to replace the entire condenser! They were professional, thorough, and honest! Something I don't see much with maintenance and repairs these days. I so appreciate the service they provided at a great price! I will recommend Woodcock to all my family and friends! Our house is again cool as this hot, stay-at-home summer begins. Thank you! Questioning their services? Techs wander around trying to "figure things out" and hours equals money. That is a red flag. At the end of the day, you spend more money on fixing your system because they figured things totally wrong.
