Critical: Professionalism I called in to request service and the receptionist was very rude. She was very crabby and confrontational. I ended up going with another company. I do not recommend working with this company if these are the types of people they employ.

Critical: Quality, Value Paid 200 bucks for them to look at my A/C unit for 7 minutes. Didn't fix the problem had to call someone else to fix it. Will never use again. Please be careful this doesn't happen to you. Services: AC maintenance, HVAC repair

Always reliable, professional and quick! I called them yesterday and they came over today. I just needed my A/C serviced for cottonwood fuzz. Waddle's has been around forever and there is a good reason for it! They know what they're doing.
