Kenny T. came out Friday & Saturday and fixed my A/C. Thanks to him, this is best this unit has ever worked since we've had it. And we've only had this unit 9months. He gets 5 stars from me. Overall as a company, there needs to be better communication with one another on work orders and add notes so the next Technician knows what's going on.
