Simple Energy was founded in 2006 by two local industry veterans who felt the intense consolidation of home heating companies in the Upper Valley had come at the expense of customer service. Back then, 70% of the home heating business in the Upper Valley was controlled by out of state or international companies.

Sandy was home alone and I was an in-patient at Dartmouth-Hitchcock when the air scoop on our boiler stopped functioning and started leaking. One desperate phone call and two of your plumbers went into action to resolve the problem.
