Wish I could give zero stars. They conned me into signing up for there "club" for exceptional service as a "member". Was supposed to include HVAC service twice a year and plumbing inspections etc on a regular basis. That was 9 months ago and they haven't done anything. I called to have maintenance done on our HVAC units as the heat index has been over 110 degrees, they can't get here until late July. I fired them, called another company that is getting all 5 star reviews and the are coming Monday morning. DO NOT CALL MITCH WRIGHT, that would be so WRONG!

Friday night my AC stops cooling the house. It's hottest time of year. Guy comes out at almost midnight. Replaces the capacitor and cleans the unit. Doesn't charge me but tells me he will be back the next day to check everything out fully and I can pay the bill then.wow! If I could give 6 stars I would.

I called Mitch Wright for a consult on my AC/heat unit. Michael arrived and was very thorough. He took his time and informed me of everything I needed to get my system running correctly. He found a problem that I had already paid another company to come out and check. Because of Michael's trustworthiness, I signed up for their yearly service on the spot. I hope that the 2 times a year that someone comes out to check out my system, Michael is the person that they send.

Mitch Wright came to my home to repair 2 outside faucets. The plumber Dalton was very friendly and repaired the faucets quickly and for a fair price. I will use them again and would recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing repairs.

I called Mitch Wright for an estimate on a water pressure valve. I ended up getting the water pressure valve and joining the club for even more services. Even tile remodeling in my bathroom! Everyone has been responsive and on time. I'm glad I joined the club!

They charged me 640 dollars to unscrew an outside faucet and then replace it. Job took 20 minutes. Parts costs less than 50. They claimed I was paying for "expertise". Funny since I've done it twice with no plumbing experience. If I would have been home I would have done it myself. Possibly taking advantage of someone that doesn't know better. Unless this is their going rate of 1200 dollars an hour.
They claimed to fix the problem by putting a more expensive frost proof faucet. Problem is, the 3/4 x 12 pipe busted not the faucet it self. It will just freeze again next year and likely bust. Its an ongoing problem at my house as that corner doesn't get much heat during the winter. I feel ripped off. They did call back but would not consider lowering the price. The technician was professional. My main issue is just with the price for 20 minutes of work.
