I've used Commercial Service for years, and they never disappoint. I recently woke up on a cold morning to find I had no heat. They were able to get someone out that afternoon. Called me, once they were on their way so I could leave work and meet them. My service tech was Charley Kerr, he was quick to find a remedy, completely professional and just a nice guy. Keep up the great service guys, I'm a customer for life.

I am a professor at IU and my free time is quite limited. They did excellent work on my difficult to install system. They even cleaned up my cellar for me! They were right on time with the work and finished when they said. Very good communication and they put me at ease. The system is flawless and the warranty is superb. I recommend them highly.

Nothing but praise for this outfit - even though we didn't have a contract, they showed up same-day when our furnace quit, assessed the problem, gave good explanations, and a reasonable time and $$ estimate for a replacement furnace. The installation was quick, neat and well-done, and one of the techs even stopped by later that week with a free replacement part he had found for our old Aprilaire filter housing. The new Trane furnace blows better than our old Carrier ever did. Thanks guys!
