I replaced an old heating and air conditioning system by this company, my exiting system was very old. Technicians Andrew and Marvin took time to re-route ducting. They are very professional and polite. I would recommend this company to perform all services.

I cannot recommend Presidential enough. We had a heat pump issue that caused a lot of unexpected logistical challenges (none of which were related to Presidential.) Gina and Juan were communicative, professional, dedicated to helping us fix the issue, and extremely kind. They went above and beyond to help us and I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy company that cares about their customers.

He provided me with very helpful feedback for maintaining my system. The office staff are very professional as well; they are helpful with all questions and follow-up if needed.
