Our technician, Jimmy, was great, he was extremely professional and explained each step of his maintenance process. And he arrived on time and also offered us the option of repairing and existing humidifier option, We were thrilled that he was able to get that up and running and at a very reasonable cost. We've used several HVAC contractors in this area and tea and TN Bowes has by far been the best!

I called TN Bowes in a panic because my cat had gotten into the HVAC ducts and was lost. The fire department came and went, unable to help reach her, and this was my last hope. To make a long story short, TN BOWES' Eddie and Albert came out immediately and eventually got my cat out alive. Without them, my baby would have been gone forever in a horrific death, as she would have been trapped and/or electrocuted.
It was a traumatic experience for us all, but Eddie and Albert are absolute heroes! I've been telling everyone about my story and recommending TN Bowes, as they were very honest, trustworthy, and professional. I will definitely work with them in the future. One of my friends already booked a yearly on her unit and had a great experience, too, so I'm very confident in recommending them. If you need a professional company willing to go above and beyond to help their customers, go with TN Bowes.
