Our A/C was not cooling properly. We called this company and they were able to send a technician within an hour and a half which was great. The tech was knowledgeable and professional and explained our A/C unit needed freon. The only reason I don't give the company 5 stars is because instead of getting charged the $100 fee they normally charge for sending a tech to provide us with a diagnosis, the company charged $150 because we called on a Saturday. This was in addition to the cost of labor which we found a little expensive. But other than that, we are satisfied with the prompt service we got.

This was a great experience from beginning to end I even signed up for their maintenance plan. Jose was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He checked my system completely and got it running efficiently. The office knew I needed an early time slot so he called two hours earlier than they quoted and said he was able to come out. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am right now.

The serviceman's name was Jean. He did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable and he explained every step so I understood not only what happened and why, but also how to prevent it from happening in the future. The service call price was lower than I expected. Do not hesitate to call Franks Air Conditioning Service. I have nothing but good things to write about this company.

Our AC unit died, so we called Frank's AC. David came out to talk through different units and pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all our questions and helped us choose the perfect AC system. We were lucky enough to have an install within a week. The installers were extremely friendly and professional. At the end of the install, they walked us through the new thermostat and made sure we were comfortable with no further questions. I highly recommend Frank's AC to anyone in the market for an HVAC system. This company is A++. I simply cannot say enough about our seamless experience

As you may see, I don't leave too many reviews, so when I do it's something significant for me. I can't say enough about Frank's and especially our technician Jose. Our air went out last night, we called this morning and Jose was on site in less than an hour. He was polite, respectful ( to the point he made sure not to make a mess or track into our house). He was efficient and thorough truly going above and beyond what we would expect for good service.
In no time at all he had our motor replaced and verified all other systems were functioning at their optimum levels. The whole experience wildly exceeded our expectations. On a side note, their is a maintenance/membership program Frank's has available. I highly recommend it because it saved us money and provided us some highly valued priority service (along with a great maintenance program). I can't recommend Frank's and Jose with more enthusiasm. Thank you!
