Used WF Smith years ago with my house to install ductwork throughout and a new Lennox. Had a problem last year with my AC not communicating with the thermostat and then this year with the refrigerant leaking. Called a couple local company but all wanting to just make a buck instead of going through my warranty. WF went through the warranty process for me, responsive and diagnosied the problem, always followed up and technicians always arrived on time and respectful. Will be using them in the future for all my AC problems.

The sales process was very transparent without any over selling - they provided choices with pro's and con's and supported my choices. The install team was very knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions. The were personally invested in the finished product function and look - you can see the detail in even the simplest of things. They stand behind the product and the installation without a doubt. I called this company out after my Lennox system being down for 10 days. The company that I normally use had misdiagnosed the problem not once but twice and after two technicians, many hours, freezing temperatures in my home and a quote for a $20,000 new system in a last ditch effort I called WF for a second opinion. WF sent out Jon - who within 45 minutes, diagnosed the issue, grabbed the part, gave me the price and installed in.
After less than 2 hours my heat was pumping again and my house was warm. I was blown away. Not only that but the VP followed up - can you say customer service? They have a new customer for life. Thank you WF SMITH! Look no further than this company.

W.F. Smith had maintained our 25 year old heating & a/c system for all these many years. We finally decided to install a complete new system which they just completed for us last week. They did an excellent job & the 2 service reps who installed the system were polite professional & timely. We had several contractors bid on the job and W.F. Smith was very competitive with the other bids. But after over 20 years now with them it was an easy choice to stay with W.F. Smith who we knew & trusted for so many years. We are quite pleased with their company & the newly installed equipment.

I did a complete HVAC replacement of my heat and AC systems adding an electronic ultra violet air purifier and germicidal UV as well. Also, a steam humidifier was added to my system. W.F. Smith is a first class operation providing state of the art equipment, installation and maintenance. Their work not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Their two man crew, Bill & Will, were prompt, courteous, competent and highly professional.
