Joe was personable and neat and explained clearly what was happening to cause the AC to fail. He even showed me a video of what was causing the refrigerant to leak. Very pleased with this service call. Service: HVAC system repair

Highly recommend PBCI Allen! Our heat stopped working on one of the coldest days and they came out within an hour of calling them. They were quick to diagnose the issue, replace my malfunctioning furnace and had the heat back on by the afternoon. They were professional, friendly and was impressed by their quality of work. Our condo development had a serious leak in our water line under our foundation which could have resulted in many thousands of dollars worth of repairs. PCBI came out immediately to help us, and came up with a creative solution saving us from having to dig up our foundation, and getting the water back on quickly.
