Hans was so great! Our AC went out during the Summer. Hans made it to our house that same day for a quote, wrote up various proposals/options for us to consider, and they replaced both our AC and furnace within a week! Very satisfied with our choice of Hans to service our equipment. The technician called us before coming to our home and arrived in a timely manner. Tanner did an excellent job taking care of us and wasn't afraid to share his existing knowledge on our unit. The technician explained some preventive maintenance that could extend the time between repairs that we could do ourselves. It's almost impossible to find a company that puts the customer first instead of revenue and we were pleasantly surprised. We will continue to use Hans for all of our needs
