Can't say enough good things about this company! Have used them numerous times in the past, and most recently to replace my existing gas furnace. I appreciated very much that Nate didn't try to upsell me into a more expensive and efficient furnace when it would not have been the right fit for my tiny house! Also, when the new furnace was unpleasantly whining and unusually loud about it, Alex came over to check it out and suggested swapping out a part.
He was unsure if it would work but was willing to try as it was the only available solution. Well, it worked and I am now the happy owner of a well functioning (and quiet!) furnace! They are responsive, prompt, courteous, caring and fair - can't ask more than that!
