My new Bryant air con broke after only 1 season of use. Obviously the unit was faulty -- or their installation was faulty. Rather than standby their product, Bryant charged me nearly $700 and made me wait days for repair. Still not repaired. If you're looking for reliability and good customer service, shop elsewhere. Update: Thank you for repairing and for consideration on the price of the labor. It's back up and running.hopefully for the long haul now.
