I thought I may have had an issue with my A/C so Reids responded quickly. I had a system tune up and evaluation performed. The tech did a thorough job and explained everything he tested to me. He was honest and did not recommend any unnecessary service or parts on a system that was functioning properly. I have had this company out in the past with the same results. I'll call Reid's whenever I have an issue and know I'll be getting quality service at a very fair price.
