I am going to try, really try to be fair. My main goal was to get an evaluation of an existing furnace that is still under warranty. In the end I got that. But I am just sick and tired of mechanical contractors trying to upsell and gouge unwitting customers. I had an appointment scheduled that was canceled twice. Finally they came a day later. But I was told over the phone that I could get a bid to relocate some gas lines.

That didn't happen. Instead I was given a myriad of options to completely replace my furnace, ductwork, humidifier, water heater, etc. In the end I am just trying to replace my A/C unit. But this contractor, like several others, seems to want to sell a whole new HVAC and DHW system even if it doesn't need it. It is really quite shameful. We all understand that there has been some inflation due to Covid and other so-called supply chain problems.

But this contractor wanted to sell me everything for a whopping $45k. It is absurd and outrageous. Of course there were less expensive opt. But the least expensive was about $15k. My advice- steer clear of this kind of unethical price gouging.

100% got ripped off and overpaid. And the end result wasn't even what I wanted because I felt so pressured into a quick completion. I felt like I was dealing with a sneaky used car salesman when talking with management/owner. I've dealt with many contractors before and never have I been so mad and regretful and felt so ripped off before. They also only tell you about a 4% credit card fee after/while agreeing to the price.

There is no itemized invoice. They are just trying to pull as much money from you as possible. I will not use them again. 2 stars instead of one because the office staff and technician who came out were nice, and they were able to respond quickly.

We loved Plumb Pros and used them for many years. We bought their Plumb Pro contract. Everything was great until it wasn't. Last September we had our furnace serviced under our contract. The service tech that came out checked our furnace and then told us that our hot water heater was very old and we should get a new one. He left a bid of over $4000. The next day we had no hot water. Really? Turns out he turned the thermostat down as low as it could go. Who does that? We are seniors in our 70's. Why would they mess with us? We were so sad because we trusted them. Do not use this company. Do not!

I had Plumb Pros come out to my house a few days ago to unclog a stopped bathroom sink. Nothing but Red Carpet service from this company. The Tech(s) Dominic and Avery were very prompt and Polite throughout the entire job. They were on time and very courteous about wearing shoe covers and placing carpets down to keep our interior floors spotless. Going with any other company is a mistake! Would give 6 stars if possible.

I had several plumbing issues on Christmas Eve. Plumb Pros saved the day! They were accommodating and were at my home within an hour to repair each problem at a very reasonable price. Alfonso, Alex, and Dominic are very professional, courteous, and know their job well (they also wore booties before entering my home - loved that!) I highly recommend Plumb Pros for your plumbing needs.

My sewage problem started on January 1st when the laundry room backed up and I had another company come and snake the line for me. It only worked for a few weeks and I called them back out and they ended up breaking a toilet. Came out the next day and replaced the toilet, but couldn't snake the line until I modified the clean out. An additional 5,000.00 dollars. Called Plumb Pros, on a Saturday and they came out and was able to open the line and I then noticed the bathtub drain was leaking, probably from my trying to snake it, and set up an appointment to repair it.

The service technician, Jay, already had given me a quote and knew what he needed to do the job and replaced the drain assembly along with the correct parts and we have "NO LEAKS "! This company has really been an enjoyable experience, both with the quality of work and the quality of people who work for them. I will recommend this company!
