This past Friday we had a flooding emergency at my office. I called every plumber under the sun and none of which would help me as it was 4pm on a Friday, which is apparently considered "after hours." Luckily, I finally reached Randy at Air Conditioning Associates. He made it down at 7:45pm and got us all squared away. He was very nice, efficient and helpful. He tested the area in question and made sure I was good to go before he left for the evening.
He is also coming by this week to do some additional testing and cleaning of the area where the issue occurred. I am so grateful for the help I received by this company, as I felt completely ignored by every other plumbing company I spoke with. Thank you Air Conditioning Associates (and Randy) for all your help!
