Yale Mechanical installed what seemed like a million sensors all throughout our buildings. At first we weren't so convinced it was going to be a good idea, but after the last 3 years our energy costs have significantly decreased which more than made up for our investment with them. We originally sent out an RFP bid process for a multitude of different facility management companies. Our initial primary concern was cost savings, who was going to be the least expensive. The Yale Mechanical proposal was great, but was not the lowest priced at all, so we went with another company. We quickly realized after a few months that while the company we had chosen was by far the lowest priced, their technicians had absolutely no clue about how to maintain and fix our massive Commercial HVAC system.

We then realized we needed a company whose technicians specialized in our system. After going through all the bids again from our RFP, Yale Mech was the abundantly clear choice. We now have them manage and maintain our entire facilities building maintenance at all of our locations across the metro for the past 6 years and they've been absolutely wonderful to work with! We would absolutely recommend Yale mechanical to anyone!
