Once you have signed up for the portal you will be able to view your account as well as place orders and make payments anytime, day or night. William J. Ingram Fuels, Inc. was started in Nittany Valley by William and Madeline Ingram in 1960. Bill and Madeline are now retired, but the business is still family owned and operated by the second generation of family, Ken, Stacey and Wayne. And now the business has been joined by the third generation of Ingrams' with the addition of Shane, and Kaleb.

I have been a customer for many years. They have supplied me with Propane and excellent service on my furnace. We have purchase a propane hot water system from them and love it! I highly recommend them for all of you heating oil, coal, & propane needs. They are very efficient and deliver prompt and reliable service. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Great service and never have to worry about running out of Propane! The office staff is extremely friendly and is always there to help. The Ingram Fuel family is there for you 24 hours a day. Prices are great and they have a prebuy program that allows you to lock in your price for the season! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been a customer of Ingrams Fuels for over 20 years. They are always prompt with deliveries and they have the best prices around. I have had two separate furnace emergencies, their response time was very prompt both times and the cost of the repair was very affordable. There is always a real person available to answer the phone. They take great care of their customers.

Great pricing and friendly customer service, they offer many yearly specials to help save costs for their loyal and even new customers. They value this community and help families afford fuel or service when they are struggling and even pick a charity every year to donate to in the holiday season! They have even come out on the weekends at no extra charge to make sure we have heat.

During cold spells and bad weather there is sometimes a delay but that is to be expected as they try to meet all their customer's needs. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When delivering coal to our home Shane Ingram absolutely destroyed our front lawn. Ripped it up to mud. When I called to complain he said "You wanted coal, didn't you?" He was rude and disrespectful. Then his mom, Stacy, got on the phone and was equally horrible. Have taken our business to Nature's Cover who has been wonderful ever since.

Have used them for over 20+ years and they never let me down, and almost always cheaper than anyone else in the area on fuel price. I believe the review above by "Marlin D" is actually one of their competitors, Martin oils, which doesn't have a great rep, so wouldn't surprise me if it were. But I highly recommend Ingraham fuels to anyone.

I had been a long time customer who has always paid cash for fuel oil deliveries. While their customer service always had something to be desired, they are local. Today was the absolute last straw. After ordering a delivery I had to spell and pronounce my name three times, thenwas hung up on. I called back twice on one number and once on their 570 number. THEY HUNG UP ON ME ALL THREE TIMES! DO not buy from this business They are nasty deceitful and not well thought of in the community.
