The one star reviews are spot on. These people have a horrible problem not getting back in contact with you. They never could call us back after we had a few of their guys here for an estimate. They said they would be in touch and nothing! (The people weren't even that friendly to begin with.) Thankfully we found another local company that's 1000x better at communicating and even much friendlier.

Please go somewhere else! On May 15, WV Heating-Cooling came to my house to see why my furnace wouldn't come on. It needed a repair. On May 20, I received an estimate which I approved, signed, and returned on May 21. Then nothing. On May 25, I emailed to see if the had received the signed estimate. They had. On June 10, I emailed stating I had heard from no one about scheduling the repair.
No response. On June 16, I called to follow up. Someone called me back and assured me it would be done the week of June 22. Week of June 22, I've heard nothing. I called on June 24 to follow up. No response. I called on June 25 again to follow up. No response. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I assume that is what I will have to do now after they've wasted more than a month of my time.
