Wards AC has aided me for over 20 years with the repairs and replacements of multiple units. From 2 ton all the way to 190 tons. Conventional to commercial centrifugal units. Boiler loops up to 2 million BTU, condensing towers, water loops and chilled water loops. We have be very satisfied with their professionalism. We will use them again.

I highly recommend contacting Wards for all of your HVAC needs. We have had the displeasure of dealing with all the "cheaper" companies and that's exactly what we had recieved in the past, CHEAP. Cheap products, cheap service etc. I feel fortunate that we found our way to Wards, especially Jeremy. He was professional, informative and made us feel that he had our best interests at heart.
We ended up purchasing a whole new system from the duct work back and we're glad we did. We ended up with a superior product backed with excellent installation and service. And here's the best part. it was so competitively priced that it was a no-brainer. Big shout out to Jeremy (sales) and Jacob (instillation). My wife and I have never been happier with a purchase!

Ward's Air Conditioning Company were prompt and professional. Awesome customer service, too. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service this company provided. It was the SALES guy that serviced the call and fixed our AC! He ordered the part and installed it. He kept the lines of communication open with me, and his attention to detail was top notch. I called Sat afternoon, after noticing my thermostat going UP ON A DAY THAT WAS HEAT INDEX OF 104. The serviceman responded quickly, was at my house within about 20 min. He assessed the situation, had to go to the shop for the right size of "capacitor", returned, put it in, checked the unit, waited until it clicked in and my house was getting cool again.
He explained everything he did and gave me the option to pay then or be billed. I was pleased with his service to me. He didn't discount my concern of being hot until Monday. He said he considered it as an emergency and treated it as such. I was very pleased.

On Sunday morning during labor weekend I called ward's our ac was not working. I was a little panicked with my elderly father here that I wouldnt get it fixed before Tuesday and it was already 90 in the morning. But Jacob returned my call and was here in minutes and within 30 mins of his arrival the issue was repaired! He was awesome even cleaned the unit for me while he had it apart. So grateful they were here!

Understand first guy was being trained, guy sent out second was very helpful. I still do not think I owe u for a filter from last year. Usually I have my own filters & they just change them out for me because mine bra little better quality. Don't much like the price hike otherwise very good service. Thank You

Even with the Covid-19 quarantine, Ward's responded promptly and efficiently serviced my home air conditioning unit, showed me where the filters were located and expedited the installation of new filter holders that would make it far easier to replace the filters. I would definitely recommend them as going above and beyond!
