Energy Star is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency voluntary program that helps businesses and individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy efficiency. This rating system was created to recognize top performing buildings in terms of energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
We believe in investing into our employees; that's why we work closely with individuals to come up with yearly goals. We provide 48 hours of annual training - along with other learning opportunities such as conferences - to keep our team members being the best in the industry. For technicians, we have also built an in-house training center for hands-on education.
