They came out to inspect our vent for dust and mold. All was good there. We set up a service for twice a year and they did a great job and explained his process. We are very happy with their professionalism! Service: HVAC system maintenance

Got home on Friday afternoon and it was a bit warm in my house so I called the office and within 30 minutes a technical was at my home and when he left the unit was working and cooled my house down. Great Company Great people. They are the best for me and my family. Service: A/C system repair

Highly recommend! We closed on our home and as soon as we got the keys the AC was done for. It was 90+ in our house! They were super professional, offered financing (replacing a full AC is expensive!) and got us in quickly. They also replaced all the vent covers, thermostat (with their number on it for quick reference!), and explained to me everything we needed to know as first time home owners taking care of an AC in Florida LOL.

They took great care of our home and got the job done quickly even though it was so hot out. We will for sure be taking advantage of the warranties and maintenance plans they offer. Thank you guys!

Great company! I had a vent duct come off and RONALD was sent out to take care of us. He was very nice and professional. He took care of us quickly and was on time. We also had BLAKE come out a few weeks later and service our HVAC. He was very kind and professional. He was very thorough and cleaned the unit inside and out. Looked like new when he finished.

My technician Ronald was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Found a problem I didn't know I was having since we weren't running the air (cold snap) and got it fixed before the temps went back up this week. Explained it all in easy to understand language. Mark Touchstone and his crew are amazing! They have serviced my old a/c for years. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought a new York unit in April and I have been thrilled. MY electric bill has come down, but I am so happy with Touchstone's attention to detail. Randy just came to make sure everything was as it should be. The entire crew is like a big family. They even start their day at the shop with prayer. Randy even told that Mark is the best boss ever! I can surely believe that!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with an A/C company and over the years I have used quite a few. I called them just before 8am they immediately answered and listened to my problem with my A/C and said they would call me back within 5 min. They did and told me that they could have a technician on the way to my home right away if that would work for me.

By 8:30, Ronald shows up at the door ready to help! He diagnosed that my condenser fan was going bad and needed to be replaced. By 10am new fan was installed and cool air was again blowing in my home, and I was able to resume my day without much of an interruption. From start to finish everyone was helpful, prompt and professional. The owner even thanked me for giving them a chance before they even came to the house.

Well I sure am glad I did. The price seemed reasonable for the job they did and I will definitely only use them and will recommend their company every time I get the chance. When the A/C stops working, we consider that an EMERGENCY in our house and I am so thankful they responded as quickly as they did!
