Pur A/C Unit was not running properly nor cooling. We called in the evening and was informed we would get a call the next day. Not ONLY did we get a call the next morning, we received a call that day confirming a tech will be by 1-4pm. The tech arrived at 2pm and was finished by 2:30pm. We have used this compnay for many years & have NEVER been disappointed.

I've dealt with Total Comfort and in particular Ken, one of the owners, for the the last 12 years. They have maintained, fixed and kept my HVAC running great. I appreciate that I can trust them and they give me a fair price on both the entire system and repairs as needed. All of the work men are great and have both a good attitude and work ethic. I've recommended Total Comfort to a number of friends and think that it is a company that can be trusted to do a good job for a fair price.

Everything from bid and contract (Ken), Staff (Danielle and Tammy) and HVAC installation (Jeff and Chris) went great! The entire team was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations. Job was started and completed on-time as promised with no problems. Both heat and AC worked perfectly through first season. I highly recommend this contractor!

I'm really happy with the Total Comfort service! I just got my new whole house humidifier installed - took about 1.5h. This company was one of the suggested installers of AprilAire, the brand that was recommended to me. I reached out to 3 companies and these guys offered the most reasonable price. I contracted with this company on a very cold day in December 2014 for AC, Heating, and Hot Water Heater Installation. When the inspector came out, installation of the heating system failed. As indicated by other reviewers, despite numerous phone calls, no one ever responded or returned to correct the problems. This past summer, I had the AC system checked to ensure there were no problems.
I was advised by the service technician that I should contact the original installer because the Freon was exceptionally low and it shouldn't have been. So, despite my prior experience, I attempted 31/2 years later to obtain service from Total Comfort. The office personnel was just as rude and unprofessional as she had been before and vehemently denied that they had not returned my calls subsequent to my system installation. Fortunately, my system was still under warranty with the manufacturer and I found a competent HVAC company.
It was determined that the Freon low reading was the result of Total Comfort's failure to wire the furnace correctly for proper airflow.! All this time I thought I was the exception and everyone else had received great service from this company. Stay far far away from these guys. The reviews on their poor performance and customer service are on point.
