Service was excellent. Technician was professional, courteous, and quick to fix our pellet stove. Terry's communicated with me the whole process, from a phone call stating the technician was on. Brian very knowledgeable explaining everything done and some good advice on operating thermostat. Rep Justin was very informant and wasn't trying just sale a new system that we may or may not have needed.Chris my technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me understand what was wrong with my equipment and left my home very clean after the service call.

The service tech they sent out today was more than helpful and knew what the problem was exactly after troubleshooting. He was very professional and on time and even walked me through some basic procedures to help prevent the same problem in the future. Highly recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs! I have had several trades involved in our house build over the last year and a half. Terry's was BY FAR the most professional people that I have dealt with. They understand service and consideration. I was called before they came to let me know when and what they were doing. I was communicated with during and after each visit. We called Terry's one morning when our furnace wasn't putting out any heat and got a very quick, same day response and fix. The ladies in the office were very quick to get us put on the schedule and had great customer service. John was very friendly and he communicated very well with us to let us know what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. We were overall happy with the experience and will absolutely use Terry's as our go-to for our business.

This place! I called everyone from Burley and some from Rupert. I'm still waiting for the others to call to make an appointment to sell me a new furnace and new AC. Justin came out, on time and polite. He could have told us our entire set up was trash and we wouldn't have known different instead he told us our AC was fine, that we only needed a furnace.
We decided to have the water heater replaced at the same time. Jennifer and Justin kept communication open. We knew what and who to expect and when. We went to sleep in a warm house last night and woke up to a warm house this morning thanks to Terry's. I will recommend them to everyone that needs a professional job done right and on time every time!

Our neighbor who owns and manages rental properties recommended Terry's when our AC suddenly stopped working. He said Terry's has a reputation for honesty and quality. Terry's had a tech out to us within a couple of hours of our call. Brian, our tech, was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He completed the repair quickly and at a fair price. We now have ice cold air blowing again. We will definitely continue to use Terry's in the future. Highly recommend!
