Had bathroom remodeled and they did an awesome job. Dean and Devon was great and very professional plus tips on other things that needed to be addressed in the near future.

I scheduled this business to move a washer connection to a different room and also get an estimate on plumbing for the house. The service tech showed up. DId not do the work that was guaranteed would be done that day. the service tech received a phone call and said he had to make a run to the store and a quick stop. I left work and had been waiting for him to come back after an hour I called him every half hour for 3 hours.

I called corporate and told them and then also told them not to come back. Swick had the nerve to file a charge off to my credit for $150 dollars. Once I noticed this I called the office there and the guy after over a year still remembered me and the calls and told me to contact the collection company. I had to get another plumber to come do the work and also found that some of the things the Swick tech told me was absolute lies. Do not use these lying unethical people.

The tech was great! but they overcharged me in a emergency! never again!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Swick on my homes needs. We've had other contractors out to our home several times for the same issues and could never get them resolved. We've now only had to call Swick 1 time for each issue and it was resolved so quickly and professionally! We are extremely happy and 100% satisfied with Swicks courteous customer support, the quickness of their scheduling and handling of our situation and also the price was very fair. We will be lifetime gold star members in this household from this day forward!

I had a mystery leak, but Swick (Adam) was out here quickly to discover the problem with a nifty robot camera thing. He gave some sound advice and a pathway to repair the issue. I am writing this review because of the recent experience I had with Swick with a purchase and install of a propane fireplace insert. For starters I commend Swick for being reliable and not pulling any punches or unwelcome surprises. They delivered what they promised, from the start right down to the finish including estimate, order, delivery and install.

Very professional from beginning to end. Also the install technicians did an excellent job and were extremely conscientious about their work and the finished installment of the fireplace. Thanks Swick!

Avoid using Swick if you can. Had a tech come out to my house to inspect a radiator that was not heating up. He "fiddled" around for 1.5 hours not doing much of anything, other than bleeding the radiator. I already told him I bleed the radiators as I do every year. Eventually he just gave up and the radiator remained cold. Final bill was $334, and my problem wasn't even fixed! That is straight up theft. How can you expect me to pay $334 when you didn't even fix the issue?

Used them 2 times in the past year for plumbing issues. Extremely responsive and can usually respond within a day. Everything was fixed correctly the first time. Prices seemed high but I know it was done right and complete. I'll pay more for a job well done.

Son had broke a water pipe in the house. Had an emergency service call to have it fixed on a Sunday. We were back up a week later and found that the repair was leaking. Had to have another emergency late night call. Repair man was out right away and found a few things that were not correct with the first repair. Fixed with no charge (Honor their work). Woke the next morning to still a small leak, another call.

Same repair person came out. Found that the original repair did not mud seal the pipes and the leak was so slow that we all missed it the second time. Though there were issues, I would always recommend them. The service time, friendliness and knowledge of the second repair person was great and top notch.

A broken pipe completely flooded our basement. What could have been a gigantic nightmare turned out okay because of the great communication, thorough/efficient service, and friendly plumber who responded to the call.

Overpriced, under-value and under-delivers.haggles with you on price for simple jobs. Talked on the phone and claimed they could install a job then couldn't get a simple gas line installed in an afternoon.two thumbs down . Don't hire these guys

Oh My, where do I start, I called Swick because my furnace quit and it was a real cold day. One service person arrived in a reasonable time. when he met me and saw that I am elderly it seemed like his eyes lit up. I showed him he furnace that I had partly apart checking the igniter. I keep igniters on hand as they are so fragile and fail often. I went back upstairs and let him work. after about 15 minuets the furnace came on and he came up and said it's fixed. Said it needed an igniter and a flame detector and that would be $750.00!

I told him that was way too much, he was there less than an hour. His reply was he could take the parts back but I would still have to pay $500 and have no heat. I gave him a card number. He had me initial the bottom of his form while he held it in a way that kept me from seeing what it said. I could go on and on but you can see the sort of company Swick is! Don't walk, RUN the other way, don't go anywhere near that place. They will try to cheat you any way they can. or figure on going to court.

Travis was courteous, thorough, thoughtful, did a great job and took extra time to answer all of our questions and explain everything that was done. I would recommend this company to anyone and we are glad after researching around different options in the area we chose Swick. This is our first experience. Service: Heating maintenance

Peter was kind, informative, and responsive during the decision-making process. Troy and Johnathan did an excellent job with installation- they were all very friendly, efficient, and professional! It's a bummer the tile pad was not the correct size, but I'm grateful they installed it anyway for us to enjoy in the meantime until the right size comes in. With all the supply chain and covid issues, there are bound to be mistakes, mixups, and delays with product orders. They problem-solved well!

Quoted, and priced matched anyone in the area, worked with my wife and I to get the best and most efficient air conditioner for our home. Would hire them for other projects again

It's disappointing that a company we've used for the past 4 years to completely redo the plumbing, and to open and close our cabin in Au Train has changed their policy to no longer take outside of the county calls on the weekend without being a signed up "gold member". Yet there is no mention of this anywhere on their website. Or the ability to sign up as a gold member. In the end we've spent nearly 20k with this company but it's not enough to get a message answered.

Called first of November for a estimate on a simple job and scheduled a appointment. Waited 6hrs for someone to show up for 5 minutes and take pictures and left saying he would call me. 2 days later I called again. No estimate and said someone would call me. 3 days later still no call. Basically a month later still no call. Now I've used them in the past and each experience was not good.

Last experience was a simple furnace maintenance cleaning and replace thermostat which took 2hrs and $700 later! I could mention the other experiences but you can get the picture. Company is unprofessional shameful in price and service.

Called setup appointment, the guy showed up on time.took pics an measured piping this Friday now.said need to get back to shop an talk with the master plumber.would call or email, gave email.an waited. Monday came an went, by Tuesday 3pm I called them, lady answered said no estimate was done that she could see sn guy who did it was out of town.but might have just not turned it in yet.would check with him, an have him call me. Wedsday afternoon 2pm get call from him daid he needed to have my sewer pipe scoped, didn't like looks of it because it looked old an was cast iron.said lady from shop would call me an setup appointment for that.that was Wedsday July 22 still waiting on calling August 6th now.guess my cash isn't green enough for them or job too small for them.

A word of warning about Swick Home Services, absolutely awful service which ultimately led to me having to waste hours of my time filing complaints against them. I had heard awful things about them in the past and they were sent here by Homeserve which is a heating system insurance for repairs that I have through Semco. Were out at my house numerous times because their 'master techinicians' could not figure out what was wrong with my furnace. Failed to show up on two occasions when someone was sitting here waiting for them all day, called at 4 and said they wouldn't be coming and didn't even apologize. Did not run anything by me before hand, simply did it and told me later. Charged $294 for 20 minutes of work, no parts.

That was just one of over $1500 in bills from them. All was a waste because it didn't fix the problem. The best was when they sent someone here to 'make things right, free of charge' and then sent a $263 bill for that free service call. Blocked my boyfriend in the driveway for 20 minutes while they sat in their van and he sat in his truck, with it running, waiting for them to get out of the way. Technician told me to call the furnace manufacturer so they could tell me what was wrong with it.

I told the technician what was wrong with the furnace, isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Avoid this circus, take your business to the competent instead. Trudell does good work.

We had swick come in for multiple jobs and the guys were very personable but unfortunately we had a few issues. We overlooked the boot covers left in an outside planter, broken glass left in a bucket in our back yard, a bucket of nasty water left in the basement and scheduling issues by telling ourselves "no biggie it happens" but after all that and then finding the very poor job that was done reinforcing the floor joists (they had to remove a portion to move plumbing) and the mislabeled electrical panel I'm very unhappy.

We were told by others before we called them that they were one of the most expensive but we figured you get what you pay for and we wouldn't have a problem with their pricing if everything was done to a higher standard. We have a lot more work that needs to be done but we are looking for someone else to do it. I will say that the boiler, plumbing, and electrical panel they replaced so far are all in working just fine.
