We had an A/C fan motor going bad in the midst of a heat wave. Stiles responded within 24 hours of our call for service, despite being swamped with other calls. The technician was very professional, diagnosing the problem quickly. He replaced the failing fan motor within an hour and got us back on line. We highly recommend this company.

Joe Derrick, the technician from Stiles, arrived right on time, and diagnosed the problem with our a/c system. It turned out to be an electrical problem, rather than a problem with the unit. He was able to give me directions for how to proceed, and recommended that after the electrical problem was resolved by an electrician, we have Stiles return to make sure that everything was operational and correct.
He also let me know of a problem with a nest of wasps he had discovered while he was inspecting the outside of the building. I am always glad to recommend Stiles Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

I called this morning with a problem with one of my A/C units. The nice lady that took the call said she could have a technician out this afternoon around 3 p.m. and it was right about that time he arrived. Chris was very cordial and discovered the problem right away and corrected. it. He explained the problem and took care of it. I am very satisfied with the service I receive from Stiles.

Stiles Heating and Cooling came thru in a big way for us today. We had a show at Oconee Youth School of Performance tonight and realized just a few hours before showtime that the theater wasn't cooling properly. Despite it being late in the afternoon, Stiles got a technician out right away and Joe was incredible. He literally saved the day and by the time the kids and parents started arriving the theater was cooling again. Can't thank Stiles enough! Thank you again Joe for working quickly and getting the job done.

I had a mini split system installed in April 2021 and continue to have issues a year later. They have sent multiple technicians out to "fix" the unit which fixed for a short period of time. And now, in April 2022 it's spewing water from the unit. I hope they take responsibility and send a technician that knows what they're doing!

Stiles team has been good to work with. They first did maintenance on our air conditioning units and then this fall, came to look at the furnaces. We needed to have it checked out a couple of times and they were good about coming back and working with us on what was not working well. Had both Rogelio and Chris come by and appreciated that their worksite encourages them to be vaccinated as it makes it easier to have them in the home. Many thanks!

Great Experience. I called this morning and they were able to send a technician to my house within hours. Joe Derrick was the HVAC technician assigned. He was extremely knowledgeable on the situation and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Would refer Stiles Heating and Air to anyone looking for a HVAC service.

Heat was out so I called for service and they were able to send Freddy out with in a few hours. Freddy was very professional he addressed the issue with in 30 min and heat was working. He gave me great advise on routine maintenance that I should be performing. Very reasonable prices. Will be calling Stiles for my next repair. Service: Heating system repair

I cannot compliment the service provided by Stiles too highly. A voluminous water leak was found, dug out and professionally repaired over some 8 hours. Working in the rain, in a deep muddy excavation, into the dark - was done in a manner that can only be described as dedicated and professional. In over 55 yrs of home ownership: I have never experienced their equal. These guys are the absolute best.

Our thermostat and AC went out on a Sunday night. I called and spoke with Hunter then Hanan came out the next day to help us. Hanan showed up when expected (I had requested a visit after I got home from work) and was able to evaluate the issues and fix them. He worked diligently and clearly explained to me what was wrong and how he fixed the unit.
I was impressed with how quick Stiles was able to send someone to our house and with the price of the service. I'll definitely be calling them again when we have future needs.

The serviceman, Orlando, was excellent, very nice and sweet. He showed me everything on his Ipad, regarding what was needed to repair my AC and what he did He talked about the fact that my unit is 21 years old and I might start thinking about a new one (actually I asked his opinion). He wasn't pushy about it at all, just a warning. He also told me about the plan you have for maintenance.
He covered every base and was a pleasure to talk to. I must also mention that I called on a Friday at approximately 3:00 PM and the girl that answered the phone somehow fit me in after telling me they were full. I can't tell you how much this was appreciated and I will certainly recommend your company. Thinking about a new unit and will call your company. Thank you for all your help.
