I had a leak in my ceiling and did a Google search for same day plumbing repair. Taylor from John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning/Complete Comfort Home Services came to the rescue. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and seeing in a manner that made sense to me! The pride he takes in his work is evident in every way.

One example is that he left his work areas more clean than they were when he arrived! Not only was our leak quickly, efficiently, and professionally taken care of, but surrounding areas were inspected for potential problems as well. We were provided with 4 options for the repair ranging from just fixing the immediate problem to fixing the problem and installing whole house preventative measures; and I felt no pressure to select the most expensive option!

I felt very comfortable looking at all the options that were clearly explained (thanks again to Taylor for his thorough and kind explanations) and selecting the option that was best for my family at this time. To say that I am happy with the services Taylor provided is a vast understatement! All aspects of the repair and Taylor's service were top notch!

I worked with Skylar D and he was fantastic. He took his time to explain the problem and several possible solutions to my water heater issue. He helped train me to spot issues early, and what I can and can't do as a handyman. He was straightforward and honest on pricing. I'll definitely call them for my next plumbing problem.

Brent was polite and friendly from start to finish. He communicated well to let me know what he was working on since I requested multiple services. He quoted multiple options with good suggestions for what would best benefit my needs, and was able to resolve two of my three concerns for less than quoted. So he proved to have integrity and was honest.

Also a shout out to Corey for setting him up this morning. Dispatchers and customer service was prompt and helpful over the phone. I think her name is Natalie. Thank you all again for quick and helpful service.

My Gardener broke my outdoor spigot and I needed to have it replaced. Skyler did an excellent job! He was on time, very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about other future jobs I will be needing. I chose to get on the $12.99 per month maintenance plan because it comes with a free drain snake and so many other annual inspections that I usually want anyway and have had to pay for. I think it's well worth 12.99 per month. Thank you Skylar for excellent service.

Excellent work and customer service! Roots in the plumbing was my challenge. Luis and his team were hard working, very considerate and paid attention to details. We called John Stevenson after a shower emergency where it would not turn off. They sent out Skyler who was able to diagnose the issue. He was able to remove our trim and figure out a way to shut water off to the shower without having to destroy the tile which is what we feared. We plan to remodel this entire bathroom soon. Skyler was very honest, calm, knowledgeable and a very cool individual. Thank you John Stevenson and Skyler. We would def use them again.

Patrick was AMAZING! Definitely took great care of the issue quickly and was extremely fair on the price. I can't say enough great things about Patrick and the whole John Stevenson company. I called and the receptionist was very friendly, got all the information out to the tech and had them over to my house in less than 45 minutes. Such a great experience!

Victor and JP were both very professional and knowledgeable about the work they had to perform to repair the air gap hoses and the refrigerator water valve. They explained everything well after the initial assessment of the situation and following the repair on how to use the new parts. They were respectful, friendly, and kind and focused on their work diligently.

I highly recommend them and feel that they are are a great asset to your company. Taylor was the initial person who arrived here and his personality was very pleasant and that sold me on going with your company.

We really enjoyed the experience and the professionalism from John Stevenson Plumbing. Thomas came out and did the initial inspection and troubleshooting of our furnace. Turned out it needed a blower motor and had cracks on the interior of the furnace heating element. Our furnace is over 30 years old and we were due for a new one. Thomas was thorough and explained all the options we had for a new furnace/AC unit.

We made an appointment for the insulation crew to come out a day later. Thanks for all your help Thomas. John Stevenson plumbing heating came out the next day to install a new HVAC system in our house. Like Thomas, Andrew and Carlos the installation crew were very friendly, professional and informative and explained The entire installation process and what to expect Before, during and after. The entire installation was finished in one day. The guys did a great job and were very clean.

We've used John Stevenson three times in the last month for various things- gas leak, hot water heater, and plumbing. All of their technicians were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond what the other competitors do and gave very thorough explanations of their methods and recommendations. I don't know if they're necessarily cheaper but their efficiency and professionalism is very impressive.

I went on here to specifically write this because we went with another service at first but they kept stalling and didn't do the job as thorough as this company. I would recommend them again and again.
