We have used The Plumbing Source on multiple occasions. They are our go to specifically because they are fair, honest, professional and provide excellent work. Jesse has been our technician for several repairs. He is kind, through and performs high quality work. Maciej was professional, quick, and really good at prying off old corroded faucet and replacing with new. And a really nice guy to boot! Would use him any time. Only down side was awfully high price tag, but perhaps that is just market rate for this service now -- don't know competition to compare. Job well done, with honesty and integrity.

Andrew came out to perform preventative maintenance on the water softener that the Plumbing Source installed a year and half ago. He did a good job explaining why the maintenance is necessary. The Plumbing Source provides great service for a reasonable price.

Mike installed a new toilet in a second floor bathroom in a couple of hours after a detected leak in the old one. We called The Plumbing Source again for a plugged first floor toilet. Mike and his crew are great. These guys completed an entire replacement of my gutter lines and tied them into the main sewer line in two days. Guys showed up on time, (even earlier than expected) and worked all day. Mike does a great job of educating you while he is doing the job. Can't say enough about these guys and I'll definitely be using them in the future should an issue arise.

This is the second time I've used this company and I am very satisfied with service once again. First, they were able to send someone very quickly which is music to a homeowners ears when faced with an issue. Second, Mike was very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. Plumbing Source's quick response in being able to dispatch technicians on short notice was outstanding. This review is long overdue. Remodeling Source redid our upstairs bathroom last winter. We are extremely happy with the results. We had used The Plumbing Source for several issues in our house, so we were familiar with the quality of their work. We contacted Remodeling Source and Scott came out, took a look, and gave us our quote. Communication through out the whole project was great. Scott kept us up to date on the delivery dates.

During the installation they explained everything to us so we knew exactly what was going on, what time they would be back the next day, etc. My husband and i were very happy with the results. My only regret is why I waited so long to redo the bathroom.

Mario was courteous and friendly and arrived in a timely manor. I needed a hot water recirculation pump, which I had already purchased, installed on my hot water heater and he did a great job. He politely answered my questions both before and after the installation (I stayed out of his way while he was working). He had all the tools and hardware he needed for the job with him so the job went quickly. I would recommend The Plumbing Source, and Mario in particular.
