I called a 24 hour company first, who funny enough didn't answer. Lol I called Speir Heating and air. They answered immediately and the receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. She had Marcos come out and he did his job very well. He checked everything and made recommendations as well. I recommend this company to every one! Thank you guys so much!

Spears heating and air put in a complete new system ducts included 4 years ago we are super pleased with their aftercare with us we've needed no service but we keep up the maintenance contract. We've come to know everyone in the office. The secretary help me out during a fire we came up with a solution. The fire department wanted the air conditioner off. Spears help me do that I had no idea what to do.
It was nice to have a calming voice on the other end of the line after the fire department left and the air conditioner was still pumping fire extinguisher missed. I feel comfortable calling them any time of the day or night. If it is needed which it has not been. Our AC is absolutely wonderful.

These folks take care of their customers! We had done business with another Heating & Air company, and when they backed out of a quote they had provided, Rick Speir and his team stepped in. They were prompt, knowledgeable, very professional, reasonable on pricing, and available when we had questions about the install job.and I should not have to comment on this with any business, but Speir does a GOOD job! it is quality work at a fair price. I am a new home owner and the vents in 3 rooms at one end of the house were deliver practically no cool air. Speir Heating and Air came out, did a thorough inspection and I had a fair estimate within an hour that was well below the estimate from the pink van guys. I was able to schedule a repair service quickly and the team arrived on time and in force.
They sealed around all the vents inside the home, removed damaged and incorrectly installed ducts, and replaced all the undersized and improperly installed ducts. They even noticed the remaining ducts were not properly sealed so corrected that while in the attic at no extra charge. The crew was fast, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend Speirs Heating and Air to everyone!

Very Satisfied. I was looking for a smaller company with employee that had been with the company for awhile. I visited Speir Heating and Air, spoke to Courtney in the office and Rick Speir, owner. They sent a tech (Miguel - very professional, knowledgeable, and Customer Focused) right away to verify the problem, they provided a quote, and was able to do the installation the next day. Very personable and knowledgeable office staff and techs. Hopefully, this will be a long relationship that I can depend on servicing my Heating and Air.
