Humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air cleaners and ultra violet lights will improve the quality of the air you breathe and reduce the contaminants that affect allergies and asthma.
Installing an automatic home generator can put you and your family at ease. The unit is permanently installed outside of the home just like your air conditioner. When you lose power, the generator will automatically start itself and provides power back to your home within 30 seconds. When the utility is restored, the generator automatically shuts down and waits for the next outage.

Its never fun when your heat goes out, but I am so happy I called Speer Air. They far exceeded my expectations on how quickly they were able to show up, diagnose the issue, and have my heat back on, literally within a few hours. The crew was very professional, explaining the issue and how it was fixed. Highly recommend them! Service: HVAC system maintenance

Was looking to use a local business and Speer has a site in our Town (Denville). Heat went out Friday night. We didn't notice until Saturday. We called the emergency line listed on the website. Customer service rep said someone would at a minimum call us back on Sat and see how quickly we could get someone here. No response. Called the emergency line again on Sunday.
Same story. Yes, someone will call you back ASAP but definitely on Sunday. NO RESPONSE again. It's now Monday mid-afternoon and still no one has even called. I recommend not using this business! They can't even be bothered by calling a customer in an emergency situation back.

They "fixed" my hvac unit by incorrectly installing an inducer that has apparently been leaking since they did.fortunately another MUCH MORE REPUTABLE plumber has been able to determine what they did wrong and is fixing the original problem. I even called Speer to come out to determine what the problem was this time, but fortunately for me, they didn't arrive until an hour after the 4 hour window and never bothered to call me to reschedule. Terrible worksmanship and terrible customer service, what a tandem!

Speer Air deserves no stars. Speer serviceman replaced a PVC fitting on our A/C air handler drain line. The PVC fitting leaked and damaged the ceiling (leaking water caused hole in ceiling). The hole in the ceiling drywall had to be repaired and the entire ceiling had to be repainted. Total repair and painting cost us $372. Speer Air refused to take responsibility and would not repair the damage. For ANY TYPE of A/C service call someone else. Speer service STINKS

There should a ZERO STAR option. They could care less about you once they have your money. It wasn't always like this. I used to get prompt friendly service. They get you to buy the service contract that's supposed to get you "Preferred" appoints and service. It doesn't. They're always late. They don't call when they're going to be late either.
When you call them, they're all apologizes and I'll talk to the manager. It does not good. They're slow to act unless it's too shut the phones off at 4:59 pm so all the calls go to the answering service. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY SERVICE CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. Avoid this company!

No, never, ever use this company. they have a great sales pitch and thats where they leave you. unprofessional, untrustworthy, sloppy work and it still doesn't work and if they read this, i promise to delete this post once they get the $12,000 air-conditioning system to work. so many service visits, each time they promise it will work in 2 hours. nope after 4 months its not working.

The Best! my family has used speer air for over 40 years, however i had not personally had a need for the services they provide since about 2001 when they installed my central air. recently i purchased another home and called speer for an estimate on installing a whole-house generator. to my surprise their salesman, kevin, offered me a generous discount based on the long history my family had with speer even though i had not personally used them in many years. my own energy provider (oil and propane) did not offer a single dime as a discount.so i was already pleased. kevin returned to my home several times prior to installation to address all of my concerns. he was always readily available and a pure pleasure to work with. the installation went smoothly, on schedule and every tech they sent to my home was a real pro, and could not have been nicer. when the install was done and the town completed the final inspection the inspector asked me afterwards who did the install.when i said "speer" his immediate response was " then you have nothing to worry about" and i don't.

We have used Speer for several years to maintain our heating and air conditioning units and have always been pleased with their professionalism and timeliness. They just installed my gas range and had to do some work to get the old gas line set up. This required a little demolition of my basement ceiling. I thought I would walk downstairs to dust everywhere but there was none.
It was because from the moment they walked in they had drop cloths everywhere to contain debris and wet boots. They left the kitchen and basement area perfectly neat. I have and will continue to refer them.
