We provide our customers with unparalleled service and customer care. We specialize in all phases of residential and commercial applications. All of our repair specialists are certified technicians and are trained to help you with preventative maintenance, repairs, replacement systems, and installations. All installations and service work is warranted for a period of one year.

Our maintenance agreement customers enjoy same day service while providing 24hrs a day 7 days a week service for all new customers. This was my first time using Soundview and I was VERY happy with their work they did! Firstly, when trying to schedule my service call, the folks at Soundview were very accommodating and helpful! With this being somewhat of a busy season, originally my only option was to pay for an Overtime Service Call at a higher premium to get them to my house ASAP - however, the scheduling person call me back later and informed me of a last-minute cancellation and was able to get me in during regular hours (at a lower service call rate) the very next day!
Their honesty and consideration of my cost was very much appreciated - especially when they could have kept it quiet and just charged me more without me ever knowing. Then, the technician (Rob) came by to troubleshoot my system, and I found him to be an absolute PLEASURE to work with! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, took the time to walk me thru exactly what went wrong, and took extra steps to safeguard my system and make sure that issue would not happen again.
I came away feeling very comfortable, and knowing that I picked the right company for the job. During the visit, they found that I have a slow leak in my system, and I look forward to having them back to find and fix that issue as well. Thank you Soundview!

The guys all did a phenomenal job! I work from home, and they did their best to be as quiet as possible. They went over the remotes and how to clean the filters. They even cleaned up (better than I would) after they left. I would definitely recommend Soundview! Services: Ductless heating & A/C services, Installation

I have used Soundview on multiple occasions for a variety of services - complete furnace and ductwork install, whole house humidifier install and a ductless mini split install. Their estimate have always been fair, their technicians are always punctual, personable and efficient and their office has always been easy to work with for scheduling, payments, etc. I would recommend Soundview to anyone in need of their services.

I called Soundview in the afternoon for a heating system that was starting up and shutting off. It's January, so I needed an immediate fix. They were about to come that evening and thoroughly cleaned the oil filter and nozzle. as well as determine that the problem was a solenoid malfunction. I am awaiting the solenoid, but in the meantime, I have heat and I think the system is working better than it has in a while. The tech (Robert), was professional and meticulous. I am very happy with this experience.

I called the Soundview office at 9am to report that I lost heat overnight. I was assigned a time of 12-3:00. The technician arrived on time 11:50. He was pleasant and professional. He evaluated the situation and found a part that was the problem. He showed me and explained what it did and needed to be replaced. He had one on his truck and replaced the part. By 12:30 he was done. He verified the system was working properly before he left. A prompt and efficient visit.

After going through a few recommended companies for service on my home HVAC System, a friend strongly suggested Soundview Heating and Cooling. They arrived promptly and fixed a major issue with one of our 2 units not cooling several rooms that a previous service company could not resolve (Yet still charged us full price.) Their technician was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable.
When our main (And very old) HVAC unit started having trouble during an August heat wave, Soundview was on site right away. Unfortunately they could only fix temporarily since the fan motor was dying. We met with Phil, who walked us through purchasing the best, unit for our house but still affordable (Considering the need). At first, it looked like it would be a few weeks before the unit was ready, but they pushed and got us in in just a few days!
Now let me tell you something about the team of Soundview installers that arrived at our house that morning: They were quick, polite, installed everything perfectly and even cleaned up after they left, all in less than a day! We were very happy with their work and plan on using their services for years to come!

The first technician left the Face Plate to my outdoor condenser off right before a large rain storm and my entire ductless system stopped working during the rain storm. They told me however that was just a coincidence to why it stopped working and that it'll cost $800 to replace the motor that is "always" exposed to the elements anyway. Then the technician that came to fix the motor did a great job but after he used my bathroom my smart watch which is always kept in there went misssing.
I also had a very bad experience with young women on the phone who accused me of not speaking to a different staff member to order a part for repair that takes over a month to come in, only to have her come on a few minutes later to say oh no you're right it was ordered. Will be the last time I use this company. Overpriced and unprofessional.

I knew I had a leak in the coil, I pointed it out to them but they still charged me $350 to assess even though on the phone I was told $99 to assess. i thought it would come off if I had the work done through them, but it did not. The coil was covered under warranty, which Soundview took the info and sent it in. The quote I got back was without warranty and I was told it was not covered.
I called Lennox and they told me absolutely it was and immediately gave me all the info to send over. At this point I was not having a good experience but they are the preferred Lennox dealer and scheduled the repair. The two technicians that came in were outstanding. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The attic is in my bedroom closet and before he would take the coil down he asked me to pull all my clothes off the rack because the coil was filled with dirty water and he did not want to get anything dirty. just that alone made it worth going with Soundview. Sometime professionalism and courtesy is worth a little extra money.

Everyone at Soundview is incredibly nice! Unfortunately, our install day didn't go according to plan and we had some hiccups along the way. However, John and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would absolutely recommend them. Even when things go wrong they are very responsive and don't stop until they have a happy costumer and a completed job.

Scheduling a same day appointment was easy for service on my hvac system. Professional service and knowledgeable technician came out. Reason for three stars is price and I never received an itemized bill for service. They are not the cheapest but it was same day service. Overall they were prompt, courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem.
