Second time using this company. Both times, excellent service. Had geothermal unit replaced last fall. Developed a leak in a water heater this week, at a really bad time with family obligations out of town. Quick and timely service, helped enormously, very much appreciated. Would recommend and will use them again.

Called after hours due to water heater issue and while a technician wasn't available they were able to help out over the phone and allow me a hot shower for that night plus get me set up for a service call the next morning. Aaron was on time, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic! He got us set up for a new water heater install plus some other items we want to have done around our home. Aaron/Bassett will be our service providers for a long time!

Had Bassett Services out to snake the kitchen drain. They called to see if we were available earlier than our appointment since they were ahead of schedule. I was able to leave work and Bob was waiting for me when I got home. He was very courteous, professional and personable. He was able to snake our drain and solved our kitchen drain issue. I would recommend Bassett Services and Bob's professional work to anyone.

We have used Bassett for a number of years. The Technicians that have come to our house are great. They are always friendly, respectful, and want to make sure I understand what is going on. Aaron was great. Very professional and honest. Knew exactly what he was talking about. Explained everything and answered every single one of my silly questions. He gave me options and information so that I could make the best possible decision at a big moment in my first time home owners life. I've used their services before and I'm happy I chose to go with them again! 10/10 for sure!

So far, my experience with Thomas has been great. I'm in the quote stage of a bathroom remodel. Thomas listened attentively to the plans and investigated the property thoroughly. The quotes are very competitive. I can't wait to see how the atheism turns out!

Our technician's name was Andre and he was great. Did a very thorough cleaning of our system and most importantly didn't attempt to up-charge me for some something I didn't need. I'd recommend Andre and Bassett to all my friends and family. Services: Cleaning, HVAC system maintenance

My tech was Killian who was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Killian came out and performed the scheduled maintenance on the a/c system, which was at least 14-15 years old. I knew there would come a day I'd have to get a new unit. Killian took the time to explain alot of the things he was looking at and with the weather turning 80 to 90 next week, explained that I probably would see issues if I didn't take care of the elephant in the room.

He showed me photos of the outside unit and what was needed done there also. He showed me my options and provided a quick turn around for replacing my old unit. Even though the price was pretty salty, I'm hoping it's worth every penny and I can rest assured that I don't have to worry about break down due to age. Bassett has never steered my family wrong in the past and I'm hoping it continues.

Our service technician was Josh. He arrived promptly and began the scheduled service immediately. He efficiently did a thorough job of testing and inspecting the system inside and out despite the adverse weather conditions. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he had done and answered all of my questions. Very pleasant and personable.

Had Bassett replace my furnace and duct system last year. Did not hesitate to call them again for an AC repair/replacement this year. Always professional and courteous. Always very honest and upfront with whatever issues you are having. Not to mention they are quick to respond! Thank you Bassett Services for keeping me comfortable and healthy in my home!

The maintenance provided by Bassett Services today was done with professionalism by 2 young technicians. Being a tradesman myself, it was reassuring to see a new generation of skilled technicians provide a service that is beyond my level of expertise. I am very happy with the service provided and signed up for my fall service when they completed the spring check up today.

Had my HVAC system installed by Bassett in January of 2018. Fired up the furnace for the first time this season (fall 2019) and there was no heat. Called and a tech (Russ) was sent within a couple of hours. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee of $78 and the tech would provide more info based on findings. It was determined to be a bad gas valve which was under warranty (part only) and would be $292 in labor to replace along with the service fee.

I wasn't happy so Russ made some calls to see what could be done. To my surprise the work was done at no charge. Thanks to Russ and Bassett for the great customer service. Please consider them when you're in need of an HVAC company.

LIES LIES NOTHING BUT LIES! Expensive LIES! Our air went out beginning of the season and my husband called them. ($98 ) they came out looked at it for maybe 5 mins and told us the compressor was out and we needed a new unit.(approx $5,000) Come to find out by another HONEST local business owner that it was a simple $200 dollar fan motor! Stay far far away from here!

I dealt with this company for over 2 years until finally given permission by the home owner I serve to dismiss them. Every single time they came out for routine service, there was an issue. Home owner was constantly haggling with them and frustrated that there were any issues at all on a Trane unit that is only 7 years old. When I called to tell them I wanted to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the remaining balance, I was met with suspicion (because I am not the home owner) and then, when she found my name on the account, agreed to cancel but never. asked. why.?! She was snippy and unprofessional. I will never recommend this company and I have a huge network. It's too bad.

A huge 'Thank You' to the team at Bassett for installing my mother's new A/C unit yesterday. My momma is 81 and was full of anxiety having to switch from her old geothermal unit to a new forced air/heat pump system. From beginning to the end, there was nothing but 100% professionalism and the highest level of service. Thank you to Brian and Rodney the installers for showing kindness and respect to my mother. It's rare to find people, let alone a company, with INTEGRITY today.
