My central AC died in the middle of a heat wave on a Sunday this past August. Left a message for Steve that day and he called back and arrived within 24 hours. The system had outlived it's service life and he replaced it with a new high efficiency unit. Service: AC installation

We used another company for our HVAC problems and we were not happy with them. My wife and I did some research and SM heating was highly recommended so we gave them a call. They were punctual and very reasonably priced. We did not have to call several times to make an appointment which is very important for good customer service. The owner Steve had to come to our house on a late Sunday afternoon to figure out why our A/C was not working.

He stood out in the pouring rain and figured it out in a matter of minutes. He ordered the part first thing Monday morning and the part was installed later that day. I highly recommend SM heating and air conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

Used Steve 2 years ago when my 30yr old AC was not working. He was on time and very professional. Got my units working without trying to upsell me for a new unit. We highly recommend SM. This company is TERRIFIC! Steve is a pro and a nice guy. There was a storm last night and a power serge broke our AC. Being that it was in the mid 90s we needed it fixed quickly. This company was the only one of a few that would come the same day. The person on the phone was friendly and relized it was an emergency to us. Steve arrived in the time slot they had told me, diagnosed the problem, left to go get a part and returned quickly. Had the AC up and running in no time.

He also was able to fix the AC that another company had told us needed to be replaced! I cant say enough good things about this company. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

Our second floor air conditioning unit failed the first week in June. Luckily Steve has been our go to for all our Air needs since 2013. Even with units in short supply due to Covid, Steve worked his a magic to install a new unit one week later, just in time for family house guest arrival, on a Saturday, in 90 degree weather! You can expect excellent work, considerate service, reliability, and clear reasonable pricing when you use SM Heating.

My wife and I used our last furnace and air conditioning unit, into the ground. Each year I avoided the replacement but it finally caught up with us last year. We got three quotes but we knew SM was local so that was a big factor. There was a lot of positive feedback online as well. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. The communication while we negotiated the package was fantastic.

The cost was right in line with what we were seeing as well. In the end, the installation was very efficient and professional and the installer walked us through everything. It has been 6 months since our installation and we absolutely love our new furnace and air conditioning unit. My bills have gone down while my house has been heated and cooled more efficiently. We highly recommend SM. It's a big job and one I am glad we did a lot of research on.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and service provided by Steve (SM Heating & Air Conditioning). Our central air stopped working late on a Sunday evening in the middle of July. I left messages with several different companies hoping that someone could get us back up and running within a day or so. Not only was Steve the first one to call me back on Monday morning, he came out to my house, diagnosed, and fixed the problem before anyone else even returned my call.and all before 10:00 am! Great work, very professional, very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Steve and his team. We had split system air conditioning installed the first of July. They were here when promised and completed our job on time. They were professional, friendly and conscientious. They put down mats to protect my floors and cleaned up once they completed the job. And the house is nice and cool!
