We had called a company to fix our heating system, and after 2 days, no call back. Our brother in law recommended Sinclaire and they were so responsive - they called us within one hour! Frank was our technician and was at our house the same day we called. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have used Sinclaire for the last 3 years. Our heating system is pretty new, installed in 2014. The previous company that serviced the system yearly would always find some thing around $1,000 that needed repairing. I called Sinclaire about 3 years ago and have them out each year to service our boiler. They are honest fair and perform great work, They have been honest in that they have shown me things that could go wrong and what to watch for.

They did do an optional repair for me but it was at a very reasonable price, the other company would have been their magic $1,000 price. Highly recommend you call them and see what they can do for you. Harry

I had a serious problem with a worn out bathroom valve that wouldn't close and a malfunctioning toilet. I called a couple of plumbers that couldn't help me for weeks. Then I called Sinclaire Home Services. I real person answered the phone and had a plumber call me back in minutes. Dennis came out the same day. He was prompt, polite, and did a great job replacing the valve and installing a new toilet at a reasonable price. Great service! And the best part is my wife is very happy.

The owner John came to my house to give me an estimate for 2 heatpump systems but never responded. I called many times and emailed and finally got a response. He could not figure out a system that was compatible with my current system. He said he would look further into it be again never responded. The original system he suggested while doing the estimate was compatible and suggested by two other companies. There is a clear lack of professionalism with this company. If you don't want the work, say it. Don't waste people's valuable time.

Every aspect of Sincliare's service has been a top notch experience - from the initial call and visit, to the assist on the rebate forms. We went to propane from oil and this was not an easy job.
