I love this company. Hanna answered the phone I had an maintenance appointment on Friday. The terrible storm we had made us loose power and my ac system was not working. She got Ryan out, who is our service man, today! Thursday. She said u can't be without air it's already 81. Set me up between 12-4.! Ryan came out during the storm, he could have canceled but didn't!
He out waited the storm and fixed my AC. Thank god the power surge only to out the capacitor! He didnt leave til after 7:30! He also preformed our maintenance on the unit so we didn't have to make another appointment. Ryan is awesome! Hanna was fantastic! We are new to this area and so glad we found this company! They go above and beyond for their customers! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so much. Jim and Sharon Sines

I worked with Joel on a service call. It turned out I needed so much more work done than I thought. He was respectful and responsive to our questions. He even came back later in the evening to explain everything to my wife. Did not push us into the most expensive item just what we actually needed. The guys that came and installed everything were really great. Got it done quickly and left my basement floor looking better than before they got there.
After the install Joel even called to check in to see how everything went. Need to get my ducts cleaned and I will be going with them for that soon also. I would recommend Simpson's without a doubt!

They were very punctual and right in the job! Very helpful and polite couldn't find anything wrong so it was a filter problem which is what he told us from the start! Tech Joel Ott was the best we have had from Simpson. I would give him a 10 out of 10. He went above and beyond in checking our system. Cleaning the units and cleaning any dir made from the cleaning. He was very knowledgeable when asked about upgrading our system. He was one I would ask for for our next service call because I know he'll do a thorough job.

Our service technician, John, was very professional, super knowledgeable, communicated about his arrival time, was on time and so kind. We didn't build the house so we weren't knowledgeable on everything with our system and had some questions and their staff went out of their way to find us the answers we needed. We plan to use this company for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend them!

Called at 9pm on call response was amazing for call back he helped me figure out my system and he was incredibly professional, courteous, and thoughtful. Definitely will be using them for all my heating needs. Even offer space heaters if I had to wait for tomorrow which blew my mind wish I could give 10 stars! We need more guys like that out there.

Simpson Heating and Air was our lifesaver! After we were without heat for 5 days while waiting for Federal Heating and Cooling to troubleshoot and order parts for our Geothermal system, Simpson came to our rescue and had our Geothermal back up and running in an hour with no new parts needed. John and Josh were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing during the repair.

I was very happy with Simpsons response when our furnace quit working. While frustrating, I didn't hold anything against them when the supply chain failed. When they finally received the part from Lenox almost a month later they promptly installed it. My house is now warm! Service: Heating system repair

The owner is generous, kind, and professional. My experience from the beginning was good. I called in and Kathy, who was very polite and nice, got me lined up right away with a technician. Ryan(technician)was courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable and got my air running within a short amount of time. I will recommend Simpson to others and call upon them as I have need in the future.

Everything went well, arrival time appropriate after phone call to me from tech as to arrival time. Service tech replaced a bad capacitor & installed a new furnace filter. Tech explained everything she did to me thoroughly. No complaints on my part. Service tech very personable & friendly. Job well done. Service tech a credit to your business!

We just had a new HVAC system installed before moving into a house we just purchased. Dave was quick to come out and evaluate our needs. We received a proposal timely and moved forward with project. The project was completed timely and we received excellent service from start to finish. The install crew were highly qualified, very skilled and professional. Great people to work with.
