I previously wrote a review after my initial experience with "Simply the Best Heating and Cooling". I gave 5 stars because of my positive experience with Trevor and the office staff. I said that I would write another review after they installed new my A/C unit. This is the follow-up review. For this review, I gave another 5 stars because of Trevor and his stellar customer service, knowledge, and. Trevor was phenomenal at setting expectations, solving any issues that arose, and follow through.
His goal was to make me happy as a customer, and he succeeded. An A/C unit is a big purchase, and I wanted to ensure that it was installed correctly (I had horrible prior experiences with other companies). Trevor was meticulous, and his helper Brian was too. I would recommend this company to anyone and feel good about my recommendation. Thank you for living up to your name, Simply the Best, and thank you for employing Trevor. He is a gem!

Thank you Simply the Best! Our a/c went out Saturday afternoon and after calling and getting no response from our usual service company, we called Simply the Best. Trevor was out within an hour. I have used them since 2020 for maintenance and one repair. They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. My AC stopped working a few weeks ago on a Friday early evening. They arrived in less than an hour. Repaired the unit in a half hour at a reasonable cost. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Repair HVAC

Trevor is great! He was so personable and friendly! He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining everything in a way that I could understand the issues. He showed me pictures to back up his assessment. He is honest and was not pushy at all. I felt that our best interest was at the forefront of his mind at all times. I have never had such a positive experience with an A/C company!

We have used Simply The Best for a few projects at the Resort and this one was one of our biggest! The team was exceptionally professional! They also finished the project 2 days earlier than expected, cleaned everything and left the facility spotless! The team did such a great job and the new AC system is working so well we almost wouldn't even know they had been here, Thank you!

After being taken advantage of with a repair by a different AC company, I found Simply the Best. They explained their maintenance contract and the benefits. I've had them for several years now and have not been sorry. Because I have the contract, they put me on priority when my AC went out on a Sunday. They sent someone out within 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge. Their tech Andre just left after doing maintenance. He's awesome and I would love to have him come back next time.
