They got my money and then forgot about me. They did a $4600.00 heating installation October 2021, and provided no user manual, no tech training on the new furnace. Called Ben at the office requesting a user manual or at least a specifications sheet. He said they would bring one to me "the next time we have a job in your area" which is less than 5 miles from their office. Feeling like I'm not important now that they got my money. I'll call some other company in spring 2022 for the new a/c install.

They made a service call charged me over $200 to tell me they couldn't fix it because they had no idea what was wrong. Then the tech repeatedly told me I needed a Lennox System which they sell, he was just here to sell me a new system and not fix my issue. I called Ace Heating and Air, who showed up and found a wire that had came loose, 10 minutes in and out. Will never call Siloam Heat and Air or buy a Lennox system because of the tech that came out
